100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with your experience, you do not pay us. Patients VIP is committed to providing our clients with the highest quality of service. We believe that our results speak for themselves, but in case you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Within 60 days of working together, any client may request a refund. If eligible, we will refund your money, no questions asked (minus the cost of any advertising spend).

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, clients must:

  • Be within 60 days of beginning service with Patients VIP
  • Have provided Patients VIP with written notice of your dissatisfaction.

If you are eligible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 30 days. Refunds may also be transferred directly to other Patients VIP services or products upon client request.

We hope that you will be satisfied with our services, but we want you to be confident that you can make a decision without risk. This guarantee is our way of showing you that we believe in our work and that we are committed to your success.

 

Terms and Conditions

  1. This guarantee is only available to clients who have been a client of Patients VIP for up to 60 days.
  2. This guarantee covers all Patients VIP service and product offerings.
  3. You must provide Patients VIP with written notice of your dissatisfaction.
  4. We will review your request and determine whether or not you are eligible for a refund.
  5. If you are approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 30 days.

 

Limitations

This guarantee does not apply to:

  • Any costs associated with advertising spend.
  • Any costs associated with third-party services.
  • Any costs associated with travel or accommodation.
  • Any costs associated with any other services that are not directly provided by Patients VIP.

 

Modification Rights

Patients VIP reserves the right to change or modify this guarantee at any time. Patients VIP will not make any changes to the guarantee that would materially reduce the benefits to the client. If Patients VIP changes or modifies this guarantee, we will notify you of the change or modification in writing. The change or modification will become effective 30 days after we notify you of the change or modification.
